Every shop that i go to has at least one lacy item!
Here are the ways i would wear it:
^ As a top but i would wear a tank top under it (black, white or pink maybe)
^ White off the shoulder style
^ As a dress but this looks a little blue to me and I'd prefer all black!
* Forever 21 has these styles that I'd love to buy if I'm able to find them in my home town:
